For over 22 years, I’ve owned my own company and worked as a private investigator, helping clients and collaborating with law firms across the UK. Through my work, I’ve witnessed firsthand the struggles many people face when dealing with legal professionals. While most lawyers uphold their duty to serve their clients, I’ve also seen too many instances where solicitors and law firms fail to meet even the most basic professional standards.

Recently, I experienced this failure on a deeply personal level. My dealings with a particular firm, Albright Kendrick Law Ltd (formerly Shahban Law Ltd), were nothing short of a nightmare.

The experience was so appalling—so riddled with poor service and unacceptable practices—that I realised I had to take action. I didn’t just want to resolve my own issue; I wanted to create a resource to help others avoid the stress, frustration, and harm caused by bad lawyers and law firms.
