For over 22 years, I\u2019ve owned my own company and worked as a private investigator, helping clients and collaborating with law firms across the UK. Through my work, I\u2019ve witnessed firsthand the struggles many people face when dealing with legal professionals. While most lawyers uphold their duty to serve their clients, I\u2019ve also seen too many instances where solicitors and law firms fail to meet even the most basic professional standards.

The experience was so appalling\u2014so riddled with poor service and unacceptable practices\u2014that I realised I had to take action. I didn\u2019t just want to resolve my own issue; I wanted to create a resource to help others avoid the stress, frustration, and harm caused by bad lawyers and law firms.
